The handset will feature a "Charm Indicator", a light-up accessory that flashes with incoming calls. Additionally, it will have a smaller WVGA display panel at 3.7 inches, single-core 1GHz Qualcomm CPU, 768MB RAM, Adreno 205 graphics and 4GB flash memory.
Other key features of the HTC Bliss includes: Gingerbread OS, HTC Sense UI 3.5, 8GB microSD card, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, HSPA and Quad-band GSM support.
