S2 LTE and HD LTE smartphones will first be available in South Korea, where Samsung already has sold 3.6 million original S2s. The Galaxy S II HD LTE features a stunning 4.65-inch Super AMOLED display -- 1280 x 720 screen resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S II LTE comes with a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen panel, while the earlier Samsung Galaxy S II came with only a 4.27-inch display. The display supports a resolution of 800×480 pixels.Samsung claims the display technology allows for 110% natural color reproduction and provides crisp and vivid viewing even from a 180-degree angle. The Galaxy S II HD LTE also packs a faster 1.5-GHz dual-core processor.
The Galaxy S II HD LTE has an 8 megapixel camera that records HD videos, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi and a huge 2,500 mAh battery. This runs Android 2.3 with TouchWiz and measures in at 9.65mm thin and weighs in at 178 grams.
